I've spent 20 years turning "I don't want to learn this" into "oh — that's actually useful"
I spent two decades in corporate roles spanning marketing, technology solutions, and application leadership. I built practical, ready-to-use solutions for teams across my organization — document systems, process workflows, and tools that solved real work problems, not theoretical ones.
Most recently, I led three teams supporting the applications my organization depended on most — Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and more than 50 other business-critical systems. When something important broke, my teams were the ones who fixed it.
But here's the part I'm proudest of: I trained an entire organization to switch to a completely new way of storing and finding their files. Most of them didn't want to learn it. So I made it fun, made it relevant, and connected it to the problems they actually complained about. That's my specialty: teaching technology to people who never wanted to learn it, especially folks who know they have to but dread every minute.
