slamdit

Technology that gives people their time back.

We build and sell apps that help people make money, build community, strengthen relationships, and create technology that speaks to the heart — useful software for small businesses, side-hustlers, and neighbors who want a little more out of the day.

Independent, founder-led, and built on hope, faith, and a stubborn kind of joy. A company that started where a lot of good things start: on the far side of a corporate layoff.

01
Build for real people
Every app starts with a problem someone actually has. We talk to users before we write code.
02
Earn time, don't steal it
Our software should give hours back, not demand them. If it takes longer to learn than it saves, we failed.
03
Small company, long horizon
No venture money, no growth-at-all-costs. We build things meant to last and charge fair prices for them.
04
AI as leverage, not spectacle
We use AI to make software smarter and cheaper to build. The user shouldn't have to care how it works.
Build community
contract-it-all
Borrow from a neighbor, on good terms.

Concepting

An independent software company, born on the far side of a corporate layoff.

slamdit is not a consultancy. We don't do bespoke client work. We build products, sell them at fair prices, and reinvest in making them better. Small team, long horizon, no venture money.

H
Hope
Every product starts with the belief that things can be better. We build because we see possibility.
F
Faith
Trust the process, trust the people, trust that doing good work matters even when nobody's watching.
J
Joy
Work should feel alive. We bring energy, humor, and warmth to everything we ship.

Let's talk.

Sally Lamoureux

Builder, problem solver, unapologetic optimist.

I spent 20 years in corporate operations — the kind of work where you untangle processes, fix what's broken, and build systems that let people do their actual jobs. I was good at it. I liked the puzzle of it. And then one day the position was eliminated.

That layoff was the best thing that ever happened to me.

No victim mentality here — just gratitude, grit, and a whole lot of joy. My current situation is a gift, and I thank God every single day for it. I have more energy now than I've had in years because I'm not spending it surviving someone else's org chart.

Here's the thing nobody tells you about leaving corporate: all those years of solving business bottlenecks, designing workflows, managing cross-functional chaos — that wasn't just a career. That was training. Every problem I solved for someone else taught me how to build something of my own.

I'd rather be outside in nature than in front of my computer (and if you know me, you know that's saying something, because I really love building things). But that's the whole point — I'm building technology that gives people their time back, including me.

Faith and family are my number one motivators. My spiritual wellbeing has transformed since this journey began, and I believe that inner alignment shows up in the work. When you're building from a place of peace instead of panic, people can feel it.

I started slamdit because I believe small, useful software can change people's days — and enough changed days change a life. I'm here to share what I've learned, build things that help people, and spread a little encouragement along the way.

If you're thinking about making your own leap — I'm proof it's possible, and I'd love to help.

What Drives Me

Faith & Family First

Everything I build starts from a place of gratitude and purpose. My faith grounds me, my family fuels me.

Nature Over Notifications

Tech should free you, not chain you. I believe in building a life that lets you step away from the screen.

Joy as a Superpower

No doom-and-gloom energy here. I lead with joy, build with passion, and believe encouragement changes more than criticism ever will.

Lifting Others Up

Especially women and anyone who's been told "that's not realistic." I'm living proof that it is.
